Trip Overview

Get ready for the Everest base camp trek, which is considered one of the toughest trails to a challenging route of the tallest Mountains in the world, serves a magnificent view of the wonderful Himalayas along with a glimpse of Nepal’s history and culture held by the people in the region.  Everest Base Camp Trek is a journey to the highest peak in the world which is 8,848 meters and other Himalayas residing in its lap enclosing Mt. Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Mt. Makalu. 
With the lush forest of Rhododendron and Juniper, you will observe the beautiful and raw beauty of the Mountains and Everest residing in the lap of the tall Himalayas along with the high suspensions, the manifolds of Sagarmatha National Park, and the magnificent view of the world’s highest airport at Syangboche. The welcoming people of Namche Bazar and the Sherpas will display a brief illustration of Nepali Culture. The Sherpas are prominent mountaineers and guides of the Khumbu region who will be your companions throughout the trek. This 12- 16 day trek will introduce you to the spectacular and tallest mountain in the world and the highest Glacier on earth- Khumbu Glacier and the perspective of Nepal from a nonnative panorama. 
The refreshing yet short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla will lead you to the Khumbu region where you will be surrounded by several monasteries, temples, and many more.  Your first glimpse of Everest shall be from the gateway of Everest which is Namche Bazar. Sagarmatha meaning the head of the sky is another name for Everest which is at an altitude of 5,364 meters, but the views from the Camp are well worth the effort. 


 

Trip Itinerary

Day 01

 You will be received and welcomed by our representatives from Pure Adventure Nepal. Thereafter, you will be transferred to your lavish and cozy hotel room in a private vehicle. You can settle for the day or step out into the streets to explore Kathmandu. In the evening you will have your welcome dinner and short introduction program.

Day 02

Your journey will begin with a 25 mins flight from Kathmandu to Lukla which is about 130 kilometers from the capital city of Nepal. Tenzing-Hillary Airport is one of the inconspicuous airports with a single runway located in the highs of the Himalayas.  Lukla is considered to be the starting point of the Terk.  But some time dew to weather ,You can further get there by drive of BP highway from Kathmandu to Salleri which is 8 to 9 hours and then take the road to Bupsa from which you can begin to trek for a day to Lukla. you can get a flight to Lukla or drive to Ramechap and get a flight from there. You can spend your day at a motel or a guesthouse there in Phakding. Your destination for the day shall be Phakding .Ascent: 455 m Descent: 465 m Averedge

Day 03

Thereafter, on the third day, your 6-7 hour trek will revive from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. The trail makes its way through UNESCO-listed Sagarmatha National Park and the bluff of DudhKoshi River. Once you step on the last village of Jorsale, you will be heading to the high bridge of DudhKoshi that is met by its tributary, the BhoteKoshi. After you reach the Gateway to Everest Base Camp; Namche Bazaar, you will be served some amazing Sherpa History and Culture along with a drink in an Irish Pub. You will total Ascent Approximately  1090m & Descent will be 345m.

Day 04

After big hikeed yesterday you have onother day in namche bazaar which is we are request to hike about 400m to 450m about 3 hours walk. Acclimatization day for you have enough time to explore in Namche Bazaar and  where you can explore the local museums walk up to the high altitude and step down. Also, you can have a look at the terrace fields and snow mountains of Kwandge, Thamserku, and Khumbu Peak. A visit to the Saturday market and the weekly events are also some of the other exciting things to do while you adapt to the high altitude.

Day 05

 you will be heading to / Phorste village or Tengboche which is a gem of this region. The picturesque tea shops of Kenjoma will join your way from  Khumjung where you will collect the Mani stones. This stone is followed by one of the most significant monasteries , After that we will heading to Gokyo Valley, there is two path to if take lower trail you will get to Tengbouche monastery place but we suggest to pass throw village phortse ,it good see all everest climber and local people having farming you will Through the ups and downs of this region, you will have disclosure to the splendid views of Nuptse, Twachee Lhotse, and many more mountions . There is lots up and down so you will ascent about 960m and you desent to 545m Approximately .

Day 06

After spending the night in phortse village you will collect yourself and head towards Dingboche where you can view the entire range of the Himalayas. This is a comparatively easy hike of around 3 to 4 hours.and you get upper pangbouche  While you descend through the lush green trees around Imja Khola, you will trek through the village of Pangboche and will continue through the pasture land of Dingboche. You will be spending the night at Dongboche. Approximately you will Aesent 900m and you desent approxi 400m .

Day 07

Another acclimatization day at Dinboche will offer you a breath taking view of the mountains of Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. The beautiful valley further has a way to Island Peak which is a soothing and relaxing place to view. We suggest to hike after breakfast about 2 to 3 hours about 400m ascent to Nagarjung view point way . If you hike  your body will be have more acclimatized and easy felling breathng at night .

Day 08

This trek starts with a chorten trail. With a short hike of one and a half hours, you will reach Dhugla which is at 4600 m. After this, another 1.5 to 2  hour trek is through Lobuche where you will be able to see Mt. Pumori and Mt. Nuptse.If you afternoon hike about 1 hours you will see khambu Glaicer and as you descend at the yak pasture at Lobuche, you will spend your night there.

Day 09

This is a challenging trek of around 8-9 hours, where you are expected to be extra careful. The trekking distance is about 9km.  Through the rocky terrains alongside the Khumbu Glacier, you will reach the Everest Base Camp. hight of  5364m  You will be able to explore the picturesque and bewitching Mount Everest from there.  Approximately 500m asend and you will desent about 250m .You will trek down to Gorek Shep and spend your night there at a local guest house.

Day 10

 After Everest base camp there is options to early morning climbing for sunrise to  Kala Patthar. Kala patthar is best views for Khambu Glaicer and mount Everest the world,s  highest peak . Lhotse , Nuptshe , Pumari beutifuly views you catch sunrise from kalaphatter .After short hike to Kalaphatar you get back in Goreshep and after breakfaast you will heading back to Pheriche. You will initially cross the dried lake and have a view of Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changste. Finally, you will be able to climb to the rocky viewpoint of Kala Patthar which will bring you closer to Everest. After a vista of the great Himalayas, you will return downhill while you will pass through Gorak Shep, Lobuche, and Dughla. You will descend to Pheriche and get along the Khumbu Khola to stay there for the night. Kalaphater 3.5 K.M ascent 450m and desent about 950m to Pheriche .

Day 11

From Debuche, you will have a trek to Tengboche for about 1 and a half hours. You will then disembark to Phunkithanga. Finally, you will have a climb to Namche Bazar and have a final opportunity to have a sight of the mountains. Thereafter you will have access to all the services available at Namche Bazar.

Day 12

Today, you will descend gradually from Namche Bazar to Phakding. The trail is usually downhill and will offer you stunning views of the changing landscapes and rolling hills. Along your way, you can look back fondly upon your journey and the memories you created. You will stay overnight at Phakding. you will desent about 860m .

Day 13

On the following day, you will head towards Lukla from Phakding. This is the final day of your trek.It bit difficult when you climb up to Lukla , This night to say good by your trekking crew which they been with you hold trek to support your bag and take care of you . You can have few drink anfter trek end and danching and togter meals with  trekking crew .Your leader will let you know next day flight deatiles .

Day 14

You will have an air trip flight to Kathmandu from the Lukla. This is usually an early morning flight. Alternatively, you can take a flight to Ramechaap and drive to Kathmandu from there. The right side of the seat will give you the chance to view the spectacular mountains for the final time. So, don’t forget to book it in advance

Day 15

Today you will be bidding your final goodbye to Kathmandu and Nepal. But before, you cannot miss the beauty of this cultural tapestry. Therefore, you will step out to explore Kathmandu and the UNESCO World Heritage sites. After a meal in your hotel, you will be dropped off at the airport from where you will depart for your homeland and say goodbye to Nepal until your next trip.
