Nagarjun is the nearest hill site of Kathmandu Valley covered by thick forest with historical as well as natural setting. It is a perfect day tour. It offers a gentle walk through jungle with watching different species of birds and eventually leads to a fantastic view point. A greenery hill view point which offers the picturesque view of capital city. In a clear day one can get glimpses of Langtang, Annapurna and Himal range.
Day 01: Nagarjuna Hike (5-6hrs)
Early morning after breakfast you will take a 15 minutes local transport to Balaju. This is the starting point of our day trip. From there we ascend all the way to Nagarjun via jungle. 4 hours footwork instantly takes us to our destination. A stunning greenery hill view point offers picturesque view of city of temples. And in a clear day the glimpses of Langtang, Annapurna and Ganesh Himal ranges can sight from the top.The descent through the forest reserve all the way back to Balaju. After that catch a local vehicle and drive to your hotel. Trip ends.
