Day 1 :Kathmandu.(1334m.)
After the determination of turning up in Nepal for peak climbing and worlds highest trail running(Everest Marathone) you will arrive at TIA, Kathmandu and from there completing the official procedure you will whole heartedly welcomed and afterward will transfer to the hotel without any mishap. Stay overnight in hotel
Day 2:Kathmandu.(1334m.)
After breakfast, we can enjoy a free day on our own or participate in a sightseeing program as optional. The sightseeing program is focused to introduce some highlights and UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu such as Durbar square, Swoyambhunath, Pashupatinath and Bouddhanath. After some hours' sightseeing, prepare things as per need, introduce with fellow participants, and Pure Adventure Nepal brief us about the trip, we get chance to ask questions we might have regarding the trip. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3:Phakding (2610 M.)
Discussing about the detail itinerary on the previous day you will drive to TIA, Kathmandu from where you will catch the flight to Lukla. The scenic flight where you will appreciate the lofty mountains, forest all will make you realize how profound Nepal is. Within 40 minutes you will arrive at Lukla airport and from there you will begin to trek Phakding. This is the initial day of trek so you will proceed only for 3 to 4 hours of trek. Stay overnight in hotel.
Day 4:Namche Bazaar (3445 M.)
Phakding you will make you set into motion to Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is the beautiful destination where you will get to experience the mesmerizing charm of Nepal. Namche Bazaar being the central of trade you can view the yaks and delightful traditions followed by the native. In additional, you can outlook the high mountains and sceneries of nearby areas. Stay overnight in lodge.
Day 5:Namche Bazaar (3445 M.)
This is counted as the initial acclimatization designed with the thought of your health. The climate of Nepal may not be appropriate for all so to get adopted with changing scenario we have planned for acclimatization but it does not mean you will stay doing nothing. You can stroll the nearby surroundings of Namche and discover the unique setting along with the norms of people. Stay overnight in lodge.
Day 6:Tangboche (3810 M.)
Yesterday’s acclimatization will help you a lot to begin the trek to Tengboche where you have to trek for 5 to 6 hours. You will find trekking inTengboche as easy and it has the potential to offer splendid sight of Amadablam and Everest.Then, you will return to Khumjung monastery and spend rests of day at Tengboche. Stay overnight in lodge.
Day 7:Dingboche (4410 M.)
From Tengboche you will trek to Dingbochesituated in the north eastern part of Nepal. It is serving as the renowned stopover for the trekkers and climbers. You will find the climate cool plus at night get ready to have picturesque sight of entire Dingboche. The sight that you will view will make your eyes wide opening. Stay overnight in lodge.
Day 8:Dingboche (4410 M.)
Today is another acclimatisation day, we take a days hike to Nagarstang hill, not all the way to top, but half way, climbing about 300 metres from Dingboche, and back before lunch, then we have free time to take rest. We will sleep the night here.
Day 9:Labuche (4910 M.)
The trek to Labuche is about five hours, bringing us close to our ultimate goal. There are views of the Khumbu icefall. We will be passing frozen rivers where stone houses sit in an icy wilderness of stunning beauty.
Day 10:Everest BaseCamp(5364m.) And Gorakshep
From Labuche we start early and get to Gorakshep for an early lunch. Then we head up to Everest basecamp. During the main climbing season, you will see the encampments of expeditions from all over the world whose common aim is to make successful ascents of the world,s highest mountain. After spending some time at basecamp we go back down to our lodge at Gorakshep (5180 m). Here we have astonishing views over the Himalayas.
Day 11:Kalapathar And Labuche
Today, there is an opportunity to make the steady climb to the lofty summit of Kalapathar (5550m). Most people who are fit and have acclimatised without problems (generally at least half the group) make this ascent. The views from Kalapathar are breathtaking - far better than Basecamp itself. Everest, Nuptse, Lotse, and lot of other peaks are visible. After descending from the peak, you continue your descent to Lobuche.(4910m.)
Day 12: Lobuche To Kongma La (5,535m.) To Chhukung (4,730m.): 8-9 Hours
Today, you follow the frozen Khumbu Glacier which show the way to Kongma la pass. After walking aprox.5hrs you reached to the top of Kongma la from where you can observed most of the Khumbu Himalayas. After having pack lunch we descend to Chhukung via icy Lake. Stay overnight in teahouse.
Day 13: Trek To Island Peak Base Camp (5,200m) 3-4hrs
Heading forward from Chhukung you will trek to Island Peak Base Camp taking 3 to 4 hours. For that you will head towards the southern face turning to eastern and will prolong to zigzag trail. Passing through the route will make appear Imja and Lhotse glacier with wide valley. Stay overnight in camp.
Day 14: Pre-Climb Training To Island Peak Base Camp
On this day you will ascend to the Base Camp of Island and it is seen as an integral part of preparation. It serves as a crucial factor to ascend the summit on the next day so it is our duty to make you prepare for next day to accept the challenges. Our experienced guide will look after all the necessary factors needed for accomplishing ascend. Stay overnight in camp.
Day 15: Ascend To The Summit And Return To Chhukung. 10-12hrs
With full preparation and motivation you will move ahead towards the summit of Island Peak thus you will go after the rock ravine. Initially the trail does not bring any trouble in your journey but you have to be careful while passing through the rock. Moving through the ridgeline will illustrate chilling and traverse of the summit glacier. Making use of rope in needed spot will formulate the climb stress-free. Rising the Summit and rejoicing the conquestwill make you return to the Chhukung after extensive ascend. Stay overnight at Chhukung.
Day 16: Trek To Thukla
Today, we take easy walk about 4hrs. to Thukla via Dingboche.
Day 17: Trek To Gorakshep(Join Marathone Group)
From Thukla we trek to Gorakshep and join the marathone group.
Day 18: Rest At Gorakshep
Today we take a rest at Gorakshep , mostly prepare for Marathone.
Day 19: 42 KM Marathone From Base Camp To Namche Bazaar
Day 20:Namche Bazaar Rest
Day 21:Trek To Lukla
Today you will trek to Lukla which is considered as the door way to move into Everest region. The geographical setting of Lukla will make you think about its physical structure and its adventurous nature. The fact that the native are staying happily despite of the difficulty will make you inspire the most about the trek. In the evening you will end the day by showing gratitude to all the helpers, porters and team members who have played their role throughout the trek. Stay overnight in lodge.
Day 22:Fly To Kathmandu
In the morning you will have traditional tea at Lukla and then will drive to Lukla airport from where you will catch the flight to TIA, Kathmandu. Again the scenic flight will make you think about the prosperous Nepal and bring smile on your face as you are the part of it. Arriving at the airport you will transfer to the hotel where you will take peaceful rest and start packing as the trek has come to its end. Stay overnight in hotel.

Continuing the trip for lengthy duration today it’s timefor parting from us. You will set off from us and head towards your hometown from TIA. It does not matter for how long you have spent here the thing that matter is how we have spent together creating memories.
