The Nar Phu- upper Mustang trek goes through the Teri la pass located at 5595m. Tented camping is only possible to organize during this trek. This trek in Nepal will commence from low altitude Beshisahar-Dharapani-Thankchok-Meta-Phu and Naar village. The Nar and Phu villages offer you a different view in the religion, settlement and people of Nepal. You will also get to enjoy yak pastures, Himalayas, nomadic places, caves, and the ancient trade route of the Mustang.Another trekking option Mustang Region Trek provides in the Upper Mustang Trekking which is blissful and captivating and it also promotes eco –tourism. Upper Mustang Trek trails will take you to Lo-Manthang, the Capital of Mustang. This trek in Nepal is best suitable during the summer months. During this trek you can view the tantalizing mountains right in front of you alongside landscapes filled with scenery, places of historical significance, ancient caves and rivers.

The third option of Mustang Region Trek is the Muktinath-Jomsom Trek which is more of a cultural-spiritual trek. You will be mesmerized by the ancient monasteries, local tribes and beautiful landscape. Adding to that walking through the gorge of Kali Gandaki River alongside the panoramic views of Nilgiri, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri among other peaks will be an experience that you will not forget.
